As a national speaker and human resources professional, I spent the last twenty years of
my corporate career training thousands of leaders how to interview candidates...
potential employees... the people who would represent their organization to the public. I
interviewed hundreds of executive-level individuals, myself. As I look at the landscape
and the evolution of interpersonal communication now that we have social media and
technology that lets us communicate without actually talking, I am convinced we must
take a different approach in preparing our young professionals to enter the world.
